Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location was perfect, right on the boardwalk and beach, offering a great view of Hard Rock. The rooms, although labeled as suites, were not as nice as expected, missing some amenities like a microwave and with minor maintenance issues. The staff service, especially regarding a promotional matter, left something to be desired, requiring escalation to the manager for resolution. Dining options were good but sometimes confusing, with occasional mix-ups in orders. The overall experience was enhanced by the hotel's prime location but somewhat dampened by service shortcomings.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the beach and a short walk to the Pier, but the rooms needed some serious improvement, with stained and smelly couches that required additional fresheners. The service was a mixed bag, with efforts to help but ultimately falling short on cleanliness and room changes. The price seemed high for what was offered, especially considering the impending closure of the hotel. Overall, it was a stay with many challenges and only a few highlights.
